Abstract:
     This invention relates to a process for making tablets of music box with high fraction confirming article, which includes the following steps: surface rolling procedure, punching, heating treating, cutting, chamfering forming and needle forming, wherein, the surface rolling step rolls steel material to warp continuous metal plate with different thicknesses, the punching step presses several slots on beard of metal plate used as guide line for grinding cutter in needle forming step, via the said slots, the cutter can cut metal plate easily, which avoids generation of non-confirming article caused by different-width needle to improve fraction confirming article.
