Abstract:
     This invention relates to safe harmonica process method, which comprises the following steps: welding the harmonica into shape mode onto the ultrasonic welder and putting harmonica down slice cover board into the mode and putting grids into the mode; fixing sounding metal board in the grids; putting upper cover board into mode; pressing the sounding metal board by the rack of the upper cover board and starting the ultrasonic welder to bond the upper and down covers and grids.
