     The invention relates to a spring and a piston with the spring, which comprises a piston rod, a buffer pad, a cylinder with the upper end cover, an upper cover covered on the outside of the cylinder and the connected lower cover, wherein the lower end arranges the air-breather; it arranges a spring support with hole between the upper cover and the connected lower cover; the piston rod is through the spring; the spring is formed by the upper end, the middle part and the lower end; the lower end of the piston rod is connected with the lower end of the spring.
