Abstract:
     This invention relates to an erhu with suspended string, horizontal sound membrane and through sound box, which comprises a resonating body with a level sound membrane and a arch horse-tail platform with holes for the string both on its top surface that has a hang-string device, a Qin bar, a tuning page, and the string vertical set between the hang-string device and the tuning page. Wherein, arranging a front high-frequency sound window near the membrane and a back sound window on another end. This invention breaks the prior art, acts the membrane directly for sound, and improves diapason and musical quality for high spread value.
