Abstract:
     A process of the decorative sheet for piano includes the making glue, dipping the paper, installing and the heating pressure. The glue liquid is made up of the phenol, the water, the formaldehyde, the NaOH solution, the dibutyl phthalate carbinol and the paint; the paper sheet is dipped into glue; the installing sequence is steel sheet, the many glue paper, the Al sheet, the backing paper and the Al carrier; the bearing unit is transferred to the thermocompressor to bind the glue paper. The piano decorative sheet has the uniform color and good flexibility, water/heat resistance.
