Abstract:
     A method for raising scanning speed of plasma display by utilizing variable addressing time includes all steps of existed scanning process and then divides sub-field scanning time to be multiple time sections as the last time section is time section of standard scanning time and time length of time section before the last is progressively increased one by one. The method not only can greatly decrease scanning time but also can increase scanning efficiency a lot.
