Abstract:
     A display device is provided to maintain the voltage of a counter electrode constant in a plane. A display device according the invention comprises a plurality of pixel electrodes arranged on a substrate; electroluminescence layers formed on each of the pixel electrodes; a transparent counter electrode formed on the electroluminescence layers; and an auxiliary electrode connected to the transparent counter electrode such that the auxiliary electrode overlaps all over the portions between the pixel electrodes.
