Abstract:
     The magnetic closing device comprises the units A and B for decreasing magnetic gap and increasing mechanical strength of protecting cover to magnetically close magnetic part and other relative elements on two separate parts. Said A and B may be coupled both magnetically and mechanically, or separated from eath other.
