Abstract:
     The main structure is as follows: a bulgy block is mounted seperately on each of two sides of the fixing board of the bottom of hand bag or suitcase, on inner side of each bulgy block several recesses and a chute are formed. A long groove for connecting the recesses and chute is formed in the bottom of each bulgy block. A horizontal portion of the moving suppoter is mounted in the long groove, one end of the horizontal portion is extended upward to form a wheel rod with roller on its top, the other end forms upward a vertical rod with supporting portion on its top, the other end of the supporting portion conencts to an elastic rod, the tail end of the elastic rod is positioned in the chute and possesses of the good positioning action.
