Abstract:
     A post card is composed of hard PVC card and transparent PVC film whose one end is stuck to one end on the back of said hard PVC card. The pattern of the rare postage stamp to be stored in the post card is printed on the front surface of PVC card. Said rare postage stamp is placed between the PVC card and PVC film without deformation, being wetted and damaged as the PVC film is tightly close to the PVC card.
