Abstract:
     The invention is an Asian character image mixed-developing method and a mixed-development processing system, used for making mixed-developing treatment on the character image in a scanned Asian file and making a new Asian file by irregular change of arrangement, and containing the steps: scanning an Asian file to receive its image; dividing the received image into a character image and a noncharacter image; constructing the character image into a tree structure with multiple resolution stages e; analyzing the tree structure to extract character image islands able to be processed by mixed development; irregularly selecting the island containing one or above character image blocks to realize the mixed development, and returning the island processed by mixed development to original position to make mixed redevelopment; and combining the character image through the mixed redevelopment with the noncharacter image to act as a complete original Asian file. By constructing the scanned Asian character image into a multi-resolution tower structure, it adopts a tree data structure to extract the identification characters for making mixed development.
