Abstract:
     This invention relates to a conversion method for character strings and a generation and certification method for intelligent network service cards, in which, the conversion method includes that un-printed characters are converted to printed characters in the way of adding an ASCII code value on each half byte, the generation method includes: generating numbers of a service card and an original cipher, utilizing the algorithm of data ciphered standard to cipher the original cipher and convert the cipher result to generate a stored ciphered code to be stored in a database with the card number, the certification method includes: picking up card number and cipher from the service request information, ciphering the code by an algorithm of a data cipher standard and converting the ciphered result to generate a ciphered code to be stored , looking for the opposite code in the database in terms of the card number and comparing it with the stored code to see if they are the same, if so, the certification is successful, which introduces the DES ciphering into the generation and certification system of an intelligent card to increase its safety.
