     A speech learning and dialogue method for deaf-mutes features use of synchronous speech feedback device that is composed of speech entered computer and application program. Said application program-unit can perform such tasks as selecting words, reproducing the pronunciation of words in speech file, displaying word stored in standard word base, judging speech and word inputs, recognition by speech processing system, display, comparison and judging if it is correct. Its advantages are real-time speech processing, synchronous feedback and high learn efficiency and pronunciation correctness.
