    The traffic clew plate with recommended passing speed comprises: a controller with output interface connected to a clew plate, and a communication interface connected with the traffic light and input interface of controller. Wherein, the controller can calculate some speed intervals to pass front crossing according to obtained traffic light information and shows the clew on the plate. This invention is benefit to reduce block and air pollution.
