Abstract:
    A method uses to quickly detect closed empty vehicle during scheduling of taxi. Set the taxi demanded or operation area as a rectangle, and divide into n squares and rectangle area according to certain boundary and each of area owns area number or area symbol. Moveable end of each vehicle connects with taxi empty and full vehicle brand or label state and monitor the empty and full or label state at real time. The moveable end transmits its place and empty and full state to center system flat roof by moveable communications network according to certain frequency. Count its area number after getting the new place of moveable end. Display the number of empty vehicle on electronic map or area information. The person who needs vehicle changes the information of his place into longitude and latitude at first and changes them into area number. He can find out the empty vehicle in the current area number or closed area.
