Abstract:
    The system includes following devices: vehicle or walker detector in use for determining priority of starting; two pieces of vehicle detector in front and behind line of giving way, photologging device for violation vehicles, and computer connected to the said detectors and device. The method includes steps: detecting interval time between the said two pieces of vehicle detector when a vehicle occupies and uses branch way before and after; if the interval time is smaller than specified lowest time T of giving way, then determining the vehicle violates regulation; even if the interval time is not smaller than time T, but if branch way is occupied and used by a vehicle instead of vehicles or walkers of possessing priority of starting, then the method determines that the vehicle violates regulation; then, photologging device takes photo for the vehicle as registration. The invention carries out effective supervision for violated vehicles so as to reduce traffic accident.
