Abstract:
    The invention uses typical structure of socket client/server. The invention is composed of video data process module for monitoring sites, module for transmitting video data and data of traffic flow at server end, and module for receiving and playing back video data at client end. The video data process module implements: collecting video data in real time and storing video data dynamically, detecting vehicle flowrate dynamically, playing back video images in real time, and controlling play back of video files. The module for transmitting video data and data of traffic flow is in charging of management on network transmission of video compression card, and sending video flow through multicast in network. The module for receiving and playing back video data is in use for receiving as well as storing and playing back the video flow in real time. Finally, the invention reaches target for monitoring and controlling crossroads in city, and recognizing and detecting freight flow.
