    A snatch-shooting device of mobile speed-measuring type is prepared as setting digital video camera and speed-measuring radar in parallel way on vehicle fixed camera, using vehicle power supply to provide power separately onto digital video camera, not-book computer and speed- measuring radar; building synchronous control module, virtual roadblock module, image collection module and radar speed-measuring module in not-book computer; enabling to snatch-shoot total process of over-speed vehicle from entering shoot region to leaving shoot region by utilizing above said units and modules.
