    The invention is an automatic recognition device for vehicle overloading, overspeed and fatigue driving, relating to an automatic recognition device, especially arranged on speedway to automatically recognize whether a vehicle overloads and overspeeds and the driver is making fatigue driving and record and inform exit payment office. And the device fixes a vehicle-carried RFID electronic tag on the top of a carriage and pastes an RFID electronic tag on the driving licence, where the tag records vehicle plate number, vehicle body color, vehicle type, vehicle owner information, authorized carrying capacity, running track, running time, driving record and other related information; placing a pair of columns on two sides of a driveway in recognition site, where the top beam of the columns is mounted with a reader-writer, and a pair of photoelectric recognizers are mounted on the insides of the columns, and a weighing platform is installed on the driveway in front of the columns. And it can effectively reduce accidents, and vehicle management difficulty and protect road surface and prolong road service life.
