Abstract:
    This invention relates to a method for automatically testing frequency conversion indoor sets in the production of frequency conversion air-conditioning, which utilizes a switch volume collection circuit to set test conditions matched to tested frequency conversion indoor sets, then uses a single-chip processor and matched test software to control automatically the infrared emission circuit to send instructions to the tested indoor set and communicates with it to get communication signals to judge the test result by monitoring the communication signals and reading the contents of the signals and control the display circuit to display the result. This invention provides a basic test circuit, a test device and method based on the circuit and finishes the tests including refrigeration low wind, middle wind and high wind, heating high wind and temperature-sensing tank automatically.
