Abstract:
    The invention relates to a hot pin state detecting method and the system. It samples the temperature of different height on the hot pin cooling plate. The temperature signal would be transformed to digital signal to restore, which would be transmitted to state determine unit. The determine unit would take restore, process and analysis to the digital signal. The method and system is suitable for detecting the working state of hot pin, and decreases the labor intensity of detecting worker and improves efficiency.
