Abstract: |
|||
| The smoke alarm comprises an alarm unit (1) that can be inserted in a socket and that contains an optical module. This optical module has a light source (6), a light detector (7), a photogrammetric chamber, a central stop (10), a base (11) and a labyrinth system with stops (9) arranged on the periphery of the photogrammetric chamber. Particular parts of the optical module which are critical with regard to background light have a lustrous surface and are designed so that unabsorbed light is reflected in a definite direction. In a reference embodyment, these particular parts preferably comprise the peripheral stops (9), the central stop (10) and, opposite the base, the cover of the photogrammetric chamber(8). However, these can include other parts or the entire inner surface of the optical module can have a lustrous surface. The optical module is produced with an injection molding tool which, at least at the parts of the optical module provided for said lustrous surfaces, has a surface quality adequate to achieve such a lustrous surface. | |||
