Abstract:
    The present invention provides an antitheft tag which performs detection without receiving a bad effect from a recording medium and reduces a part that covers a storage case inside as soon as possible. In an antitheft system which detects the existence of radio wave absorption when a resonant circuit that is attached to a storage case that stores a recording medium such as a CD or to a protective case that covers the case passes through between one gate which includes a sending antenna and the other gate which includes a receiving antenna, an antitheft tag consists of a detection circuit which is located at an outer circumferential edge on at least one side of both sides in the thick direction of the recording medium of the case and detects radio waves and the circuit which is located at a specific one side that crosses one side of the case and also is located close to the circuit or is connected to the circuit.
