     The present invention discloses a portable intelligent accounts-closing terminal based on mobile bank and anti-theft label, accounts-closing system and accounts-closing method. It includes a portable terminal and a portable terminal attachment, said portable terminal is connected with the portable terminal attachment for receiving the described commodity information and utilizes wireless communication and mobile bank system to make accounts-closing treatment. Said portable terminal attachment includes the following components: processor, barcode scanner, portable terminal connector interface and portable terminal attachment controller. Said invention also provides the concrete function of above-mentioned every component.
