Abstract:
     This invention relates to a quick payment system including a control center and a POS machine connected by data links, in which, the control center includes a central control center, a city control center and several administrative city applied control centers, in which, the central center is used in coordinating data transferring among city control centers and recording the customer information needing browsing service, the city control center, the city applied control center and part of the POS machines include customer databases with customer information and restriction conditions. This invention also provides a quick payment method, which carries out real time payment and settlement by present public communication network and temporary interrupt does not influence the use by most part of users.
