When detecting the bank-note, the ultraviolet light emerged by the luminescence-ultraviolet diode and the fine streamer infrared laser from the infrared light emitting diode can irradiate on the bank-note at the same time to identify the bank-note, which enhances the accuracy of detecting bank-note and identifying speed greatly, effectively prevents the collecting of the forged bank-note by fault, and utilizes the electric circuit of bank-note collecting itself controlling supplying current time to obtain the effect of increasing the lifetime of LED.
