The front end of the outer case is equipped with a plug-in card hole; the bottom of the outer case is equipped with a control chip handling hole. There is a cap on the control chip handling hole; one end of the cap is connected with the outer case by hinge; the other end of the cap is connected with the outer case by bolt. There is a support bracket on the bottom of the outer case; the front part of the support bracket is higher than the rear part. The beneficial effect produced by this utility model is that it keeps the control chip safe by adding a cap; the support bracket enlarge the distance between the tax controlled device plug-in card hole and its placement surface, which is convenient to pull out the plug-in card.
