     The present invented method sets space for storing fixed length and random length invoice in tax control cash register memory; adopting establishing indexed list mode finding or storing Invoice details and electronic stub; indexed list one-to-one correspondence with electronic stub, i.e. electronic stub containing most of information of indexed list, while indexed list assigning storage location capacity of electronic stub; according to the difference of indexed list, electronic stub storage mode and data, used in different function module. The present invented storage mode has safety, reliable, capable of satisfying multiple data storage requirement, being in favor of updating increasing or reducing storage space. Said invention can be widely used in all classes of tax control cash register, financial tax control cash register, common trade cash register, control printer, fueling unit, taximeter, tobacco terminal etc all classes of embedded system product.
