And the invention can arrange terminals in the public places, such as market-dense regions, banks, and tax halls to make taxpayers pay taxes and draw tax bills and invoices by themselves by the system, providing convenience for tax collectors and payers and beneficial to raise efficiency and improve quality of service and able to effectively prevent cases of invoice illegality.
