Abstract:
    Provided is a transaction processing system, capable of executing transaction processing with high security using an existing automatic transaction device without introduction of any IC card. In the transaction processing system including the automatic transaction device, a host computer and a portable terminal, the portable terminal is provided with a terminal-side communication part for transmitting predetermined identification information to the automatic transaction device, the automatic transaction device is provided with a device-side communication part for transmitting the predetermined identification information to the host computer, and the host computer is provided with a host-side storage part preliminarily storing predetermined identification information in association with account information and a personal identification number, a retrieval reading part retrieving the host-side storage part based on the account information and personal identification number to read the predetermined identification information, a determination part determining whether the read predetermined identification information is matched with the predetermined identification information received from the automatic transaction device, and a control part executing, when the both are matched, transaction processing between the host computer and the automatic transaction device.
