Abstract:
    This commodity purchasing customer reception system comprises the automatic transaction device operated by customers to perform financial transactions; a server providing information for financial commodities; a branch office terminal disposed at a counter of a branch office and operated by an operator of the branch office; and the reception terminal managing reception numbers. The automatic transaction device issues a reception slip on which identification information for specifying a financial commodity whose information is provided by the server and a reception number acquired from the reception terminal are printed, and the branch office terminal acquires information of a financial commodity corresponding to the identification information from the server. Thereby, the invention enables a customer to acquire a reception number without operating a reception terminal, when purchasing a financial commodity advertised by an automatic transaction device, and easily perform a procedure for purchasing the financial commodity at a counter in a short time wherein the automatic transaction device acquires the reception number from the reception terminal and presents the reception number to the customer.
