Abstract:
    A password inputting way and a password inputting apparatus. The method uses a key or a combination of two keys to define a character string to be set and make the string to be a password, so can complete the inputting of a string of password by depressing a key or a combination of two keys. The apparatus includes: CPU, storing module, number key, enter key, I/O port, display device and reset key. The apparatus can accomplish the set password inputting just by a key or two keys, even when having no any protection, man or camera device can not know the inputted password, that will prevent password to be stolen by peeping. The invention specially adds protecting measure so that programs are not readable and the stored passwords are processed by encryption. Additionally, the invention still sets a boot-strap password and sets the number of times of inputting the password, once the number of times of inputting error passwords reaches to a predetermined value, the apparatus will be self-locked.
