Abstract:
    A finger vein reader (102) provided on an ATM (101) reads finger vein imformation of a customer, a CPU (113) judges the image quality of finger vein images read from the finger vein reader (102). Under a condition that the image quality is good, the ATM (101) issues and registers an IC card (201) of eigenvalues extracted from the finger vein images, and under a condition that the image quality is not good, a display (103) displays a finger reset guide menu for the finger vein reader (102).
