     The invention discloses a bank paper identifying device, which is composed of paralleling connecting circuit (29) with coil (27) and capacitance (28) in connection with oscillator (38), wherein the comparator (39) compares the phase position output by oscillator (38), which tests character information for bank paper; the identifying part (61) tests paper whether truth-false according to detected information.
