Abstract:
     This invention provides one device and method to monitor on turn person information, wherein the device comprises single machine, commute stable power, radar detector, signal processing circuit, alarming circuit, clock circuit, memory circuit, keyboard circuit and display circuit, wherein, the radar detector is connected to signal process circuit and single machine; the single machine, alarming circuit, clock circuit, memory circuit, keyboard circuit and display circuit are connected. The radar detector sends detecting signals and receives the back detecting signals for process circuit and converting it into switch signal and sending it to the single machine. The switch signals are processed through single machine to control the alarming circuit.
