Abstract:
    An automatic parking fee managing device includes charging controller and stopper, which are in wired or wireless connection. The stopper is equipped with a barrier capable of extending upward to contact with a vehicle chassis. When a vehicle is parked, the barrier extends upward and contacts with the chassis of vehicle, so as to stop the vehicle moving. The charging controller includes IC card reader (9) or coil disperser (10). The charging controller sends an unlock signal to the barrier and allow the vehicle to leave after the parking fee is paid. The utility model overcomes the disadvantages of the prior art.
