Abstract:
     After a car is parked in a parking position, an obstruction is upwards extended from ground surface in the position of car bottom portion, said obstruction can be contacted with some position of car chassis, and can obstruct the car from moving. After the parking fee is payed by car's owner, the charging controller can give out an unlocking signal to the obstructor, the obstruction can be automatically lowered into ground surface, and the car can be driven out.
