Abstract:
    The invention publics a method of additional collecting fare on highway, offering a method of calculating the practical amount of cargo or people at the highway charge gate, it is an additional collecting fare based on the original one on highway. It includes that several videos and weighting instruments are set at the highway charge gate, the practical amount of cargo or people are real-time monitored at the highway charge gate. All of the known permission of the maximum amount of cargo or people of vehicle is established in the computers of the person who collects fares. The practical amount of cargo or people are input into the computer database and the additional fare are calculated according to the results which calculated by database. If the practical amount of cargo or people is no-load, 15%-30% of the original total collecting standard is collected, 20% is better. If the practical amount of cargo or people is not greater than the half load, then 5%-15% of the original total collecting standard is collected, 10% is better. If the practical amount of cargo or people is greater than the half load, then not collect the additional fare any more.
