Wherein, said network digital mail cost system comprises: a commercial mail working station (21) used to request and generate commercial mail order digital mail cost; a database server (22) for providing database service, an application server (23), an account computer (24) for examining said digital mail cost, a quality detecting computer (25) for checking the effect of digital mail cost, and an interface advanced device (26) for exchanging data with the external system. The account computer (22), quality detecting computer (25), and interface advanced device (26) are connected via integrated network and router to form network system. The invention can replace the traditional mail cost device that printing indicia with network digital mail cost, to digitalize the mail cost indicia, and it can use high-speed printer, to improve the manage and mailing efficiency of commercial mail, and reduce the mailing cost.
