     A collision proof module used on ETC charging system is featured as applying hardware collision detection method based on Manchester illegal coding and applying collision principle of combining countermark identification number with random number for waiting certain time randomly, using reader – writer to detect multiple countermark cyclically, detecting out one countermark from them and carrying out communication with it for achieving purpose of transaction so as to solve collision problem of multiple countermarks.
