Abstract:
    Applying technique of active radio frequency identification (RFID) to system of identifying path of vehicle on highway, the disclosed system can provide reference of charge for charge system. Devices for reading/writing RFID are installed in ID station on side highway. When vehicle enters to charging station, driver receives a RFID tag, which is put inside vehicle or hung outside vehicle. When vehicle is passing ID station, the RFID tag is awakened and sends information in the tag to the said device for reading/writing RFID, or the device for reading/writing RFID records information includes ID of the ID station, and time etc. to the RFID tag. Through wired or wireless network, the device for reading/writing RFID sends the said information to application server. When vehicle is out of highway, the charging station knows the path of the vehicle from the RFID tag, or information sent back from ID station on side highway.
