| The invention relates to a method of optical measurement. The normal vector of the curved face in the measuring point can be estimated based on the neighborhood points, and the direction of the normal vector is adjusted to make all the normal vector point to the same side of the curved face, and then the curvature of each measuring point is calculated. The matching dotted pair set can be identified based on the curvature of each measuring point, the three dimensions transformation that map the direction of the normal vector of each dotted pair to uniformity can be computed, the transformation which makes the most points consistent with the normal vector can be found out by the method of geometric hash, and the scattered data points are registered primarily with this transformation, the position of the two model which are after the primary registration is the new initial setting, the statistic matching dotted pair concourse is the primary dotted pair concourse, and the precise registration of the scattered data points can be realized by the closest approach iteration.
