Abstract:
    To realize stable and efficient operational control of water optimizing with high speed to minimize the timewise fluctuation of a water supply amount and the power consumption of a pump. A group of variables comprising an operational flow rate per unit time of the day and the time to set the flow rate based on a predicted demand amount and a process measured value is made a gene, and an optimum operation plan is computed according to genetic algorithm handled as such a string of genes of variable length that the group of variables exists only when the operational flow rate and the time to set the flow rate are changed.
