| This invention relates to a failure diagnosis and fault-tolerant integration method of boiler sensor based on Internet web, in addition to a device. The controlling method applies three-layer nerval net, by collecting the voltage value corresponding to the data tested by the sensor, and by grouping the data, it can make sure the input and output mode couple; using the grouped data to exercise the fuzzy cerebellum model joint controller nerval net, then it can diagnosis the failure and process fault-tolerant. The invention also provides a controlling device to realize said method. By said invention, it can real-time monitor the complex process; besides, the invention can be used in underwater robot and chemical industry field. | |||
