Abstract:
     A bar on-line counting method and a device is suitable for counting the being transported bars. A camera device collects the end images of site bars to process the images, identifies modes and picks up the central coordinates of all bars in the picture, continuously compares the central coordinates of each bar in the image and utilizes relative shift volumes to carry out statistics of alignment and fault tolerance degree of belief one by one to measure numbers of the bars to increase the accuracy of bar counting in transportation and overcome the influence resulted in stacking multiple bars.
