Abstract:
     The invention discloses a bar automatic separating and counting method and its device. Trim the unorderly bars to the non-overlapped and vertical to the transmission direction at the transmitting chain, and use the digital camera for shooting the side image of the bars, and count by the computer image identification technology, and the separating device separates the bar counted, and as the counting reaching certain amount, pause the transmitting chain, and pile up the bars. It includes the transmitting chain with transmitting wheels on it, at the front end of the chain is the trimming device, the separating device is set behind the trimming device, the transmitting motor, the trimming device and the separating device connect the electric appliance control box; at the side of the transmitting chain is the digital vidicon that links to the computer.
