Abstract:
     Breaking through traditional principle for counting paper money, the invention reaches purpose of counting paper money through following steps to meet requirement of quick counting and miniaturized device: taking pictures for a bunch placed paper money by CCD digital camera; obtained information is transferred to computer; program stored in computer carries out recognition analysis. Advantages are: without speed limit of mechanical drive, no mechanical abrasion for paper money, no mechanical parts for separating and counting paper money, and small size.
