Abstract:
    A mechanism counter of water meter is prepared as setting synchronous signal wheel rotating synchronously with digital wheel in driving chain of counter, arranging sector signal holes on ring plane of synchronous signal wheel, setting a numbers of transducer sets on printed circuit board as each set being formed by four infrared LED and four photoelectric transducers, converting decimal mechanical digit displayed by digital wheel to be electric signal by said signal wheel and said transducers then outputting said signal after said signal is identified and decoded as well as processed by monolithic computer.
