Count code wheel cylinder are divided into 10 equal portions, 0-9 number codes are even arranged on the surface of count code wheel cylinder; CPU controls the transmit operation of infrared transmitting tube and the high and low level reading of infrared receiver tube. All these data information make 5 bit binary system encoding.
