     An automatic counting and controlling device for rod material is composed of a china-type conveying platform, a sorting-queuing unit consisting of the barrier plates for sorting rods and barrier blocks for queuing location, and a counting unit consisting of counting wheel, rod driving slots, infrared photoelectric sensor and counting and controlling unit.
